Madam / Sir,

This has the reference to the SB Order No. '1812023 dated 13.09.2023. Various references have been received in this office regarding non-availability of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for handling the non-migrated accounts / certificates in respect of discontinued schemes e.9., lndra Vikas Patra (IVP) etc. Hence, the following Office Accounts have been created in Finacle for handling such discontinued schemes:
